
Well first I suppose I should say that as of last Friday I was still weighing in at 89 kilos but I don't think its going to be the same story this week unfortunately.
What a disaster today has been. Take a look at my intake for today - what the hell was I thinking?

I've worked it all out on Calorie King and its approx 1400 calories worth. 36% made up of fat, 24% made up of protein and 40% made up of carbs.
I'm so so stupid.
